Appeal a Medicare denial

Got a claim or service denied? You have the right to appeal — and people who appeal often win. Tell us what happened and we'll draft a formal appeal letter you can print, sign, and mail.

We use your details to write the letter, then forget them — nothing is stored. Review the letter and add your own details before sending. This is help drafting a letter, not legal advice.

You have the right to appeal — and it works

A denial is not the final word. Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, Part D plans, and Medicaid all have a formal appeals process, and a large share of appeals succeed — especially when a doctor supports the request. The hardest part is usually just writing the letter and sending it before the deadline. MediNav handles the letter; you add your details and send it in.

Don't miss the deadline: your denial notice lists the exact date you must appeal by — often 60 to 120 days. Send your letter (by certified mail if you can) before that date.
